Currently, the Coronavirus Disease-19 (Covid 19) pandemic crisis is a crucial note that must be taken seriously by the public. Based on the portrait of development, there have been many ups and downs, starting from determining the handling of the Covid-19 emergency, changing regulations, preparing programs and activities that require ministries/institutions and Regional Governments to reallocate and refocus budgets, as well as confusing responsibilities, minimal transparency and accountability in the planning process, implementation of budget allocations for handling the Covid-19 pandemic, which is the basis of the problem so it must be recommended for improvement.
