"Son, the important thing is that your crew joins the disek delok en, face it together. Ben mother and father don't get confused. Sing kuoso will definitely give you a way out. Your mind is strengthenedno disek, grandma, your family, your bojo, support your crew, answered opo onoke...." Mrs. Umi's advice to Denny, her son on the other side of the phone.

Denny, is an inter-city public transport driver. His wife was diagnosed with Covid when she was about to give birth via caesarean section. The baby survived, but his wife died not long after giving birth.

At the time of the incident, Denny was on his way to Surabaya. And Mrs. Umi didn't dare to explain at length about Denny's wife's condition, because she was worried that her eldest child would be too distracted and wouldn't be able to focus on work, which of course would be at high risk.

One of the factors that makes his son not dare to meet his wife's family is because his marital status has not yet been legalized by state law.

"My son married a betel nut religiously because his wife is still in the process of divorcing her old husband. My son is also only a driver, how can he bear the cost of a cesarean that big, sis. Meanwhile he doesn't have BPJS or KIS".

"My daughter-in-law was immediately stressed when the swab test results showed that she was positive for Covid. And it was even more stressful when the doctor asked her to give birth via Caesarean section because her blood pressure was always high while in the hospital. How could her blood pressure not be high, man, she was constantly stressed" explained Mrs. Umi.

"I still remember the WA from him after the swab test results came out. I'm dead, ma'am... I'm dead. My swab results were positive for Covid. Wes is definitely dead, I'm here, ma'am..." said Denny's wife panicking after receiving the SWAB results.

"Take care of my baby, ma'am...please take care of it if I die. Wes got Covid, was told by Caesar, where did I get the money, ma'am? Why didn't Caesar support BPJS? Did I die? Did I die, ma'am..." continued Mrs. Umi while tearing up at the memory of her son-in-law.

The tragic story experienced by Denny's wife is just one example of the impact of poor data collection on social assistance recipients and the unequal distribution of social assistance.

Apart from the tragic story of Denny's wife, the author also discovered that there were workers who received wage subsidy assistance even though the workers had already received social assistance in the form of basic necessities. On the other hand, quite a few workers do not receive these two types of social assistance or other types of social assistance.

The problem of chaotic data on social assistance recipients is not just an administrative technical issue. This issue also concerns justice for the people. There are people's rights that have been taken away, as a result of these administrative errors.
